Hello there!

I’m a Registered Social Worker offering trauma-informed counselling in Vancouver and online across British Columbia.

I am a queer, genderqueer, neurodivergent, white settler living and working on the unceded, ancestral, and traditional territories of the xʷməθkwəy̓əm (Musqueam), Skwxwú7mesh (Squamish), S’ólh Téméxw (Stó:lō), and Səl̓ílwətaʔ/Selilwitulh (Tsleil-Waututh) Nations. I use she/her/hers pronouns.

I have always felt a strong sense of curiosity to understand myself, other people, and the world around us - including the internal and external complexities of being human.

Although it can feel messy or even scary at times, I am drawn to looking inward, exploring what has shaped us, and asking how we might want to relate differently to ourselves and others.

Through my own counselling and healing work, alongside supporting others in theirs, I am continually in awe of our capacity for compassion, curiosity, care, and connection.

I also understand how life experiences - including trauma and oppression - can eclipse those capacities, and make them feel distant or inaccessible.

What I value about counselling is the opportunity to (re)discover those parts of ourselves, and to grow and change within a supportive, caring therapeutic relationship.

My Background

I am a Registered Social Worker with the BC College of Social Workers.

I hold a Master of Social Work from the University of British Columbia and a Bachelor of Social Work from McGill University.

Outside of Counselling

Outside of my work, I love zooming around on my bike, playing dodgeball, reading and creating stories with my kid, finding moments of stillness, and taking deep breaths by the sea and in the woods.
