You’re here — what a beautiful place to begin.
Reaching out for counselling can be a courageous step, and I’m really glad you’re here.
You might be feeling “off” as you move through your days - drained, disconnected, or unsure of yourself and your relationships.
You might find certain emotions feel hard to access, overwhelming, or even scary to experience.
Or maybe you’ve learned to push down, silence, or reshape parts of who you are just to get through.
You’re not alone in this.
As a Registered Social Worker offering online counselling in Vancouver, I support adults (19+) in reconnecting with themselves and building more ease, clarity, and self-understanding.
Together, we can begin to:
Gently explore and befriend all parts of who you are
Develop new ways of relating to yourself and others
Build and deepen capacity to feel, process, and care for your emotions
My work is grounded in trauma-informed, attachment-focused, collaborative, and social justice-oriented approaches.
I often work with:
2SLGBTQIA+ individuals
Neurodivergent folks (including those exploring)
People navigating the impacts of trauma
I currently offer online counselling sessions across Vancouver and British Columbia on Sunday, Monday, Wednesday and Friday afternoons.
I also provide clinical supervision and consultation for counsellors, therapists, and social workers.
